1. Inspection of filter.
2. Drain line flush out with dry nitrogen.
3. Putting drain pan treatment to prevent algae from forming in drain to block line.
4. Inspection of indoor fan and blower fins for dirt, dust, and potential microbial growth.
5. Inspection of indoor coils for dirt, dust, and potential microbial.
6. Inspection of outdoor unit and coils for dirt and grime build up.
7. Evaluation of all component in system and their performance capabilities at the current moment. Components include: fan motors, relays, capacitors, and circuit boards.
*At the end of Preventive Maintenance inspection recommendations and updates will be given to better asset the current efficiency of the unit and what can be done to make the system work better.
