1. Any issues that are a current problem that is affecting the comfort in the home, such as no cold air when the unit is running. Or water leaking from air handler (indoor unit).

2. Unequal Air in the home such as one room being colder than others or unusual loud sounds from air conditioner units that are case for concern.
